We're the only company that offers 24 hour support on software, staff user issues and all the point of sale hardware in Thailand.

For every new point of sale system we install, we include 8 hours of hands on support in your venue or online (if outside our operating areas).

We also provide 28 days of intensive, ask any question, anytime, support for free.

User issues

Any general question about how to do something you or your staff don't know how to, you can ask us anytime.

Broken hardware

We typically supply all the hardware, monitors, printers, cash drawers and servers. Any hardware supplied by us that fails, we will swap for you straight away and then deal with the repair or warranty ourselves later. Minimizing your downtime.

Hardware warranty

All the hardware we supply comes with a 12-month warranty. If something fails, we will just swap it out for a new one, and we'll take care of the factory warranty. No waiting weeks for a warranty claim.

Software bugs

If you encounter a software bug, just let us know the issue, we typically fix bugs within 24hours or less.
